Important Note
I/We hereby declare that I/We am now the lawful owner/s and the said dog is unconditionally my/our property.
I/We herewith enclose the original Registration Certificate and remit the fee of Rs.100/- only by Money Order
or D.D
(Cheque will not be Accepted Kindly arrange to send Rs.20/- extra if you want your certificate returned
by registered post.)
I/We further declare that I/We am/are not suspended or indebted to the KCI or any other registered club or
show. In making this application I/We agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the KCI and I/We do
hereby acknowledge the jurisdiction of the Committee of the Kennel Club of India as the governing body for
Kennel affairs and the Final Court of appeal of Umpire, on all questions or disputes of any kind whatsoever
arising in respect of dog shows and of the registration of transfer of dogs and of any transaction in respect of
breeding or sale of dogs or dog.I/We hereby expressly agree to refer any such questions in the committee, in
accordance with the KCI rules and regulations.
NOTE: 1) Please type all names or write in ink and use block letters for all names with the exception of the
signature to the declarations.
2) The form must be signed by the present owner of the dog who should also obtain the signature of the
previous owner. The declaration must be signed by all the owners in case of a joint ownership.
3) No registered dog is eligible to enter a dog show in the name of the transferee until the change in
ownership has been duly registered with the Kennel Club of India.
