B. TOURNAMENT OF RULES SYSTEM OF PLAY:
The tournament will be conducted as per latest FIDE Rules chess & FIDE Swiss System with 9 round.
Time Control: 30 Minutes with 30 Second increment from move 1.
C.TIE BREAK:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come to effect. The cash prize
however will not be shared and one player will be eligible for one higher
prize only.
D. PROTESTS:
Protests if any against the chief Arbiter, should be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.500/- within 15 minuts
of occurrence on incidence.
The fee amount shall be refunded if the appeal is upheld and if not then protest fee shall be fore-fitted.
E. ACCOMMODATION:
Lodging & Boarding for 3 days will be provided at Rs. 1500/- Per Person.
Includes (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) at Venue.
F. NOTE:
Electronic Devices - All electronic items including wrist watches (all type of watches) are not allowed in the tournament hall"

reason thereof".
