Pressure Drop in Horizontal Two-Phase Flow

This document analyzes pressure drop for two-phase flow in a horizontal pipe using three different correlations: Friedel's method, Chisholm-Baroczy method, and Lockhart-Martinelli method. It provides input data for the liquid and gas phases, calculates pressure drop values using each method, and selects the Friedel correlation as the best one based on the criteria of liquid to gas viscosity ratio and mass flux values. The calculated pressure drop using the Friedel method is 5.110 psi/100 ft.
