The possible product will be produce by the members as the worker of the
business. The role of other members was to collect all the rejected newspaper from a newspaper
company or all the waste newspaper in their houses and bottle cap that has no economic value
and sell their recycle materials.

What are the possible materials needed to produce a valuable products?

A. 1 Year Goal

The business will be able to maintain and sustain the development of the community.
This will help to encourage not only specific community but also the other community.
Environment is part of daily life and activities, without it life is impossible. As cooperatives
advocates green environment this business plan fit to the need of the whole community.

PUREcycle aims to provide a green environment and competitive market that is


economically profitable and makes those things that has no economic value turn into valuable
things and create demand in the market.

B. Legal Form of Ownership

As a start of PUREcycle business our members or non-members are required to attend


our meetings to have orientations about craftsmanship. This is to share the knowledge and
enhance their skills to the said business.

The target market or our customers in PUREcycle are everyone who choose, enjoy and
likes craft materials.
PUREcycle is a partnership business and since it’s the first time to launch to a kind of
business, we assure that our products came from recycled materials but it will be valuable and
useful household material.

Here are the profile of the owner of this business including their skills and experiences:

Leonard Castrillo he was creative and good in managing a business. He’s experience in
doing different artwork activities make him skillful.

Jay-anne Oyo-a was able to create a design based on the procedure written. Her
experience in making different baskets that needed procedure makes her proficient in doing
instructional work.

Sophia Mae Bensay she was creative, and skillful in making handicrafts. Her
experiences in doing different paper designs make her edge to others.

Sharmaine Pitlo was talented in making different artworks and knows how to handle
design to a product. He was making different artwork since her first job.

Our products are handicrafts like (1) trays/baskets (for fruit/necessary things, varies with
sizes) , (2) Organizers , (3) vase , (4) chandelier and we offer a personalized handicrafts.

The premise of the business is in the community where there is no business like ours, so
that’s the group advantage. The address for the shop of PUREcycle is Ildefonso Street, Panapaan
V Bacoor ,Cavite.

Our end-users are all ages, men and women. We think these people are also aware to our
environment that we are not just be economically profitable but also sustaining our resources.

C. Goals and Objectives

Goal

 To encourage the members and non-members of the cooperatives to participate as


one of the beneficiary of this business.
 To enhance their ability to make new product and more productive.
 To make a fast growing market through the help of everyone.
 To provide a top quality , recycled material and deliver satisfaction to the consumer
Objectives

General Objective:

 Flush sales for the first twelve months of operations and growing each year
thereafter.
 Provide the members and non-members a valuable and economy-wise product that
will fit to their taste.
 Make the business as one of the most adequate of craft products in the country.
