Tower Crane Inspection Report Summary

Panel board
1-Enclousere of the control panel is not tightly sealed.
2- panel board is loose and not fixed properly.
3- panel board do not have cooling fan.
4- one inverter for slewing is missing .
5-Resistor box for hoisting is missing.
6-Resistors for slewing and trolley missing.
7-all inverters are for light &normal duty and not as per standard of tower crane manufactures.

Motors
1-All motors do not like renovated, they looked dusty and rusty and never have been opened.
2-hydraulic Brake for hoisting was not renovated/replaced.

Gear boxes
1-Slewing gear box do not like renovated.
2-Motor coupling is missing.
3-Need break liner.
4- Bearing was not replaced.
5-Gear oil is leaking.
6-required full painting job.

Cabin
1-chairs are broken and some are not properly fixed.
2-Joystick was not replaced.
3-Broken windshield glass.
4-Wipe motor blade is missing.
5-No air conditioned.
6-No light inside the cabin.
7-The electrical sockets were damaged/burnt.
