Package Rental Cost:
 Php 12,000.00

Terms of Payment:
 50% down payment upon signing the contract.
 50% before the show
Terms and Conditions:
 Client must provide permit if any, (2) two days before entry or
ingress of the equipment for ingress and egress.
 Client must provide in personnel/Staffs for early breakfast, lunch,
and dinner.
 Client must provide batteries for wireless mic (AA).

If you believe that our contract meets your requirements, we would


appreciate your conformity by signing the space provided. This will serve
as our CONTRACT/ AGREEMENT.
