RE: Upcoming Distance Learning Courses on Intellectual Property

Good Day,

I would like to share this learning opportunity on the topic of intellectual property. The World
Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is offering online (distance learning) courses on
Intellectual Property. Most of these courses offer certificates once you pass the exam and
requirements, which can be used to boost your credentials and for enrollment in other advanced
WIPO courses.

Thus, as the university further promotes innovation, knowledge on intellectual property is


essential. I am suggesting to take the DL-101 General Course on Intellectual Property, a 1.5
month long (55 hour) course covering fundamentals of Intellectual Property from the various
types and laws concerning the field. There will be two upcoming schedules:
