Task-5:: Figure 1: Time Boxes

A timebox is a fixed period of time for a team to complete a specific task or activity. It is a technique used in DSDM Agile project management where teams work within set timeboxes rather than indefinitely on single units. Timeboxes help measure progress and ensure proper distribution of tasks according to the project timeline. User story estimates are generated through group discussion and averaging points from estimation games. Time and cost estimates are also determined through games to estimate hours and sprint length. Sprints involve developing work in iterations until all are complete, with interactions between clients after each sprint to review progress. Anticipated delivery merges all completed sprints into a final system to fulfill requirements and meet business needs for client acceptance.

Task-5:

Timeboxes:

Figure 1: Time Boxes

 A timebox is basically a period of time which is agreed previously during which a

person or a team complete towards a certain goal and achieves it. In short, it is an it
is a fixed unit of time for a specific task or an activity.
 It is major technique used in the DSDM Atern in the project Management.
 It basically works in technique i.e rather than working on single unit until it is
completed and evaluating the time and stopping the works when the time is
completed for specific timeboxes.
Reason for Timeboxes:

 To measure the time scale.

 To measure the progress of an sprints or task so that proper details of project can
be maintained.
 For proper distribution of task according to project time and to complete it in time.

Estimates:
It is basically a pre-planned that helps to identify the period of time spent on specific task or
sprints or requirement at given specific efforts, time, cost and manpower etc.
It is basically done on the basic of cost, user story and time.

User Story Estimates:

Each and every members of group discuss and give their opinion through the game i.e poker
during the identification phase. Finally, average point is give to specific story as in the task 3.

Time and Cost Estimate:

Tie is basically estimating through the games i.e Poker where each and every members of
group give their point and, on that basis, time is estimates.

Basically, Length of Each sprint=10 days

Total number of hours=8 hours per day and Total=80 hours in 10 days.
Expected sprints:
 Sprint which also known an Iterations is basically defined as the development of
basic work in Scrum or Atern.
 It is a continuous process where completion of sprints follows next without pause
until the all Sprints completes.
 Basically, many stories may be kept under one sprint and the time frame or Unit is
set up according to the stories and sprints.
 Work will be stopped once the time set s finished in the sprints.
 There will be an interaction between Clients after the completion of each sprints.
Sprints No. of User Story Estimate time for the
Sprints.
1st Sprint 3 10
2nd Sprint 3 10
rd
3 Sprints 2 10
4th Sprints 3 10

Anticipated Delivery:
 Basically, when the each and every sprint are completed then it is merged or
deployed to the single system and it is deployed as final product and this delivery
is known as the anticipated delivery.
 These systems which is deployed should meet and fulfill all the requirements.
 Deployed system should be able to meet up with all the business needs and all
the story that has been made should bring the profit or plus points to business.
 The final product will be review by its owners and decide whether to accept or
reject it.
 The milestone which is setup are recorded so that the progress of project should
be measured.
Questionnaire:
It is basically a research of information gathering technique.
It is an instrument for collecting data which almost always in involves asking a specific
subject to responds on with the set of oral or written questions.
