MANAGEMENT GAMES

GAMES OBJECTIVES
1. Bridge Over To get the whole team across the make believe river with
Trouble Water the equipments (using two planks and ropes). The winner
is the team that managed to get across the river carrying a
ping pong ball in the container of water without spilling in
the shortest time.
2. Crossing River To get the whole team across the make believe river using 2
Kway pieces of long ropes, 1 piece of short rope and a drum.
Points will be deducted if any participants falls into the
river, rope drips or the drum drops.
3. Square Rope All team members are to be blindfolded except the team
leader. The team leader is to give direction to the rest of the
blindfolded members which are holding to a rope that has a
figure of 8 and to direct them to move so that the rope will
become a square shape. No communication is allowed
except the team leader who is giving instructions.
4. Spider Web To get the whole team through a man made spider web one
at a time to the other side of the web. Once a hole in the
web is used it cannot be used again by other team
members.
5. Toxic Waste Equipped with a bungee cord and rope, a group must work
out how to transport a bucket o “Toxic Waste” and tip into
the ‘neutralization’ bucket. Toxic Waste can be used to
highlight almost any aspect of teamwork or leadership.
*Note: Ideal size for each game is between 10 – 15 persons per team. Our facilitator will brief
the teams on the rules and regulations prior to the start of the games. Suitable attire is
sportswear.

EAGLE RANCH RESORT SPECIALITY TEAMBUILDING GAMES

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVE
Seawater Rafting Team members are taught to build a raft with bamboo and
drums and be able to sail in the sea. Each team member will

pax sea and the team that makes it back to shore first is the
winner.
This activity is subject to the tide level of the sea which is
different each day and it can only be done during high tide.
Our instructor will show how to build the raft and also
assist in showing on how to build the raft.
F1 Go Kart 4 teams are to compete in the go kart race similar for F1
racing. Each team member will first be given a lap around
RM 21.20nett per the track to familiarize themselves with he go kart and also
pax the layout of the track. Then they will race for 3 laps before
changing drivers, but before the change of the drivers they
must first solve a jig saw puzzle first before the next driver
drives off.
*Note: Drivers must wear shoes strictly no
sandals or slippers are allowed.
Paintball To capture the flag or Death Valley warfare. This is a war
game using markers and paintballs. Two team fighting
