Request for Vehicle Assistance for Schools

Cauayan National High School has two annex schools in Tomina and Lumbia that are in great need of construction and maintenance work. The school is requesting assistance from the Mayor of Cauayan by providing a vehicle to transport construction materials from the main campus in Poblacion to the annex school in Tomina, as the distance and lack of transportation options have made deliveries difficult. The vehicle would deliver the materials to Abaca from where someone else could then pick them up and bring them the rest way to Tomina. The school appreciates any support the municipality can provide.

Dear Sir;

Good day!

Cauayan National High School has two annex schools in Tomina and Lumbia. With the
great demands in terms of population, there is a need for construction and maintenance
on the said annexes, primarily on Tomina. Since of its proximity and transportation
constrictions, it requires a vehicle fitting to address these concerns, especially when there
is a delivery in bulk from the Main Campus (Poblacion).

With this, we would like to ask assistance from your office by providing a vehicle to
transport construction materials from the Main Campus (Poblacion) to Abaca. From
Abaca, there will just be someone who will pick-up the materials to deliver it to Tomina.

We are forever grateful for the municipality’s help and support.
