PROJECT BRIEF:

Health city or healthcare city is health care services which includes


hospitals, clinics, outpatient care centers, and specialized care
centers, such as birthing center , psychiatric care center, academic
block and other departments.
It is an gated community of all the facilities of hospitals in one roof.

JUSTIFICATION:

The aim of the government is to make the availability of medical


services to all the people.

INTENT:

The number and quality of health facilities in a country or region is


one common measure of that area's prosperity and quality of life. In
many countries health facilities are regulated to some extent by law;
licensing by a regulatory agency is often required before a facility
may open for business.

AIM AND VISION:

To create environment and palliative cure for the people by not just
addressing the various healthcare functionalities but also
comfortable environment for all the ages
OBJECTIVE:

To meet the high level standards of world class hospitals.


And providing a home alike feel for the patients.
Barrier free, accessible and sustainable designing.
Balance of built forms and unbuilt forms.
Courtyard integration and landscaping.

METHODOLOGY:

A proper concrete sustainable structure.

PROJECT BRIEF:

A hotel providing self-catering apartments as well as ordinary hotel


facilities.
It is similar to a serviced apartment complex that uses a hotel –style
booking system, it is renting an apartment, but with no fixed
contracts.

JUSTIFICATION:

Increasing number of NRP'S and their travel to other place for job
education or other activities increase the demand for lodging and
stay.

INTENT:

To change the idea of hotel staying .and to feel at home with all the
amnesties available in a home

AIM AND VISION:

• To design a five star hotel with emphasis on contemporary styles


and create spaces for people of various categories (business,
vacation and tourists) to spend more with pleasure and luxury close
to nature.
• To evolve and innovative space, comprehensively the functional
and spatial research between the each function and spaces involved.
OBJECTIVE:

• To establish approximate relationships between various parts of


the hotel complex.
• To provide visual refreshment
• To provide the best hospitality , while promoting functional
efficiency of spaces and circulation.

METHODOLOGY:

Method of construction uses both contemporary and vernacular


buildings based on the type nature and use of the space.

the study of spacing, function, proper circulation and spaces for

PROJECT BRIEF:

A planetarium is a theatre built primarily for presenting educational


and entertaining shows about astronomy and the night sky, or for
training in celestial navigation.

JUSTIFICATION:

The advancement in space science is still unknown to many. An


educational center helpful for the students.

INTENT:

To build a planetarium cum science and an exhibition center for the


use of students .

AIM AND VISION:

To make the urban amenities available to all people providing high


facilities to gain knowledge.

OBJECTIVE:

To provide a planetarium , a theater like structure for the space view.


An exhibition and an museum space for exhibits.
METHODOLOGY:

Combination of a steel and a concrete structure..


Use of innovative techniques in construction of the planetarium.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Acoustics and lighting


Air movement
Fire sprinklers
Dome tilt.
It should be able to house all the requirements of science, to
preserve to the different stages of the evolution, of human, nature,
and technology of combat, information technology, space
astronomy etc.
