What is Team?

A group of people with different skills and different tasks, who work together on a
common goal

What is Team Building ?


Team Building is the process of enabling that group of people to reach their goal It
refers to the various activities undertaken to motivate the team members and increase the
overall performance of the team. Team Building activities consist of various tasks undertaken
to prepare a team member, motivate them and make them perform their best.

Why do we need to have Team building?


Aim of team building is in order to create a harmonious relationship so that it can
make a higher team performance and to raise up a solidity that will rise. So that team building
are to make the members having some belonging to their own team and upgrade their ability,
so they can done the tasks well and the goals may be achieve.

The strategies to make a good team building


1. Common Goal
 

Teams and organizations that succeed are those that have communicated a common
purpose and goal.
2. Commitment From Each Team Member
 

For a group a people to function as a productive team, there has to be a commitment
from each team member to the team.
3. Do What You Do Best
 

The purpose of assembling a team, is to group together individuals that have specific
skills to accomplish a specific project. The purpose in which an individual is selected
is based on their skills.
4. You’ve Got to Talk to Each Other

Not only is communication of the project goal, but frequent updates of the task is
important. With multiple tools at our fingertips like email, mobile phones, wiki’s, and
project management software, to not communicate is a sure sign of lack of
commitment from team members.
5. Work as a Team, Play as a Team
 

You can tell when teams have spent time together both in a working and social
environment. Successful teams can anticipate what others will do and how they will
respond.
