For Grinding:
Coconut – 1 cup grated
Ginger – 4 tblspn
Raw Sour Mango – 1 tblspn
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2
Salt to taste
Water for grinding
For Seasoning:
CAKE RECIPES
Coconut Oil – 1 tblspn
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves a sprig
Method:
Take all the ingredients for blending to a smooth paste. Transfer
that to a bowl.
CHUTNEY RECIPES
Now add in curd to the mix and mix well.
