12:30 pm to 1:30 pm Role play

2:30 pm to 4:00 pm Debrief on role plays and role plays continued

4:00 pm to 4:30 pm The 3V’s that strengthen the assertiveness

4:30 pm to 5:15 pm Conflict resolution in interpersonal communication

5:15 pm to 5:30 pm Wrap up session
