INTRODUCTION
What contribution would the Project make:
The Real Estate E Property Management system is an online buying and selling flats in Apartments. The
main idea of this project is to computerize the process of property buying and selling process. The Real
Estate E Property Management system is defined as property management system by professionals to save
time. By the use of this system buyers can get details of property in their desired location.
Scope of the Study:
The main Scope of study:
● Real Estate E Property Management system project is developed for those who are searching
property according to their criteria or near by location.
● It should contain all the information of Categories by Customer.
● Seller can post ad of their property on the website with complete details about property and
contact information.
● It provide information to the customer about a particular offer.
● Buyers visit this website, search property and contact seller.
● Seller can read all these massages from their inbox and respond to the buyer.
● This is an online web application so it is available 24×7 to both buyers and sellers.
● This latest system computerizes the entire work of property buying and selling
● It should maintain proper log data.
● It should have Administrator for verifying details of customers.
Objective of the Project:
HAVANA is a website portal own and maintain by HAVANA PVT LTD. This portal designed to work like a
bridge between our customer and our partner. We have given complete satisfaction to our valued patrons
since the inception of our company. We offer wide range of services such as Flat Booking, Flat Enquiry
Services, and payment services. Our exemplary services give fun in buying your amazing flats and make
them a rejuvenating experience for you.
Specific Objective of the Site:
Some of the client requirement and objectives of this site is as under:-
● To increase the connectivity of customers to business.

● To decrease the amount of time loss during the buying of flats.
● To facilitate Customers search for the flats in the desired location of India.
So, these are some of the objectives which we have to accomplish.
Features of the Site:
It has the features of providing all the information online (through the net) about the flats, Rentals, Events.
● The HAVANA site is a special purpose web site as discussed above.
● This site includes the search for flats and advance search of flats in desired area of customers.
● It lets customers search for the categories they would be interested in and also search for the
agents for the particular query.
● The site acts as a middle-ware for the Customers and HAVANA PVT LTD.
IDENTIFICATION OF NEED
Existing System
When the requirement of this system is putted before the team they were willing to reduce the time
during the searching of flats in apartments. Then the study is done and it gives the result that all the work
is done manually and there is nothing that helps the customers and who want to their agents to save the
query and do the work with the web platform. A lot of searching and enquiry has to be done before the
query has been taken by the agents and the services customer make an agreement for a deals.
All that the service user needs are to be stored about the categories must be taken on the agent
dashboard.
There is requirement of agents who have to check that the requesting query given by a customers. This
seems a critical task.
SIGNIFICANCE OF PROPOSED SYSTEM
Proposed System:
HAVANA was incorporated in the year 2019 with complete focus on meeting client’s requirements by
giving them reliable services. We have been able to meet our aim because of the superior advice of Mr.
Amit Kasera. His responsible attitude and effective working plans have made us to create our reputation as
a reliable name in the Real Estate Industry which aim is to provide the value for its money both to its
customer and partner, We give number of choices to our customer to choose from, which led them to
getting the pocket friendly deal by our partners and at the same time our partner get the queries from the
customer.
HAVANA used to build Apartments that fulfill all the customers requirement. We have operated incentive
programs, exhibitions and conferences for corporates and multinationals. We efficiently manage all our
customer’s needs with dedication and commitment. It is our innovative approach and personalized service
that has built enduring relationships with our countless loyal attitude.

industry. The future of companies in this sector are most directly affected and tied to changes in global
economic conditions. Depending on what the firms focus on, from Land and Development, Retail Shopping
Centers, Industry/Office Space, or Apartments and Multi-family homes, there are many factors affecting
their strategy, overall performance, and future.
