Technical Assistance Chart

This document describes three types of technical assistance: Type I is issue-focused and content specific, providing immediate support to address identified areas of concern through rapid needs assessment, action planning, and implementation support. Type II is guided and formal assessment-based, targeting key areas to improve overall program quality through ongoing relationship building, formal assessment, action planning, shared implementation, and post-assessment. Type III involves reflective collaboration where the provider identifies goals and shares in formal assessment, action planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure sustainable long-term program quality improvement and independence.
