HOME SWEET HOME
ACTIVITY (MINEFIELD)
This activity help build trust and improve communication skills. It involves
participants working n pairs, with one team member being blindfolded. Then
using only specified communication techniques, the pair negotiate their way
around or over a minefield or obstacle.
For example, teh participants may be told they are only able to use commands
such as the words “left or right, forward or backwards”. The aim is to navigate the
minefield.

ACTIVITY (HUMAN KNOT)


Each group will circle up and join your hands together to form a human knot
out of your arms. The goal of the game is to untangle yourselves without letting go
of the hands you are holding. After untangling, you will be standing once again in
a regular circle, without any joined hands in the middle.

ACTIVITY (PASS THE PERSON)


The object of the game is for the group to pass thefirst person until the last
person over their head.

ACTIVITY (CHAIR IN THE AIR)


Each group will sitdown on the chairs prepared for them. Afterwards,
everyone should turn to the right then they will laydown slowly while putting
their hands on their stomach. If they are ready we will get the chairs one by one.
The last group who will stay on that position on the longest tiem will be the
winner.
