1. Improve Service
The increase in sales of pharmaceutical products is marked by the increasing number of
consumers in the demand for medicines. In running this pharmacy business, companies are
required to be able to create innovations in their business. One innovation that must be done is a
service quality strategy in which the quality of servants will be an attraction for consumers, so
consumers become more comfortable and loyal to shop at the Pharmacy. Customers generally
expect the product in the form of goods and services that they consume can be accepted and
enjoyed by a good and satisfying waiter.
Service is an important thing because the increase of the service itself can increase customer
satisfaction and at the same time can increase profits for the company. Companies must pay
attention to the quality of services and services provided by the company. Quality of service is
not only determined by one factor such as the ability of employees when facing consumers, but
more importantly how companies with their resources can provide satisfaction to consumers.
Service quality is one strategy that is able to attract consumers, pharmacies that are not able to
develop services and are not able to provide good service to consumers, so that the consumers
will eventually be left behind. The cost of attracting new customers is more expensive than
keeping old customers. The key to maintaining customers is customer satisfaction. A satisfied
customer will buy again, say good things about the company to others, pay less attention to
brands and advertisements, tend to buy other products from the same company. Pharmacy is a
place where consumers can get information on drug information, so the pharmacy must be able
to provide good service to its customers.
Pharmacy business is a service business where rules must be obeyed. Although the management
of the method is different, but the rules of service must not be abandoned, in other words a
person cannot administer a pharmacy just to trade drugs that only pursue turnover which can
ultimately harm the community.
2. Control the availability of drugs
Common or frequently purchased medicines must remain available at the pharmacy. At least do
not let the buyer disappointed because the drug stock at the pharmacy is always exhausted and
empty. There is no need to stock up on too many drugs but must be careful and aware if there are
several daily drugs whose stock is running out. Perform a product diversity strategy to ensure
