The Madrid District Adventist Youth Organization (MADAYO), which is composed of CarCanMadCarLan
youth members, has been aiming to uplift the physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects of the modern-
day youth, through activities and events that provide character development, skills training and especially
spiritual enrichment.

One of these activities is the annual Youth Banquet 2019 wherein the young people from Madrid District
gather together, create delightful experience and create moments for socialization among Adventist young
people. The Madrid District youth earnestly would like to realize this event, which will be held at Madrid Social
Hall, Madrid, Surigao del Sur on December 1, 2019.

Thus, the MADAYO would like to request for financial assistance from you in order to make this sincere
desire a reality. Your financial help will greatly help in meeting the following expenses: decorations, materials,
