1) The client declares that any orders placed for shares mentioned were purely for investment/disinvestment purposes and not to influence price. 2) All dealings were through the client's own funds or funds provided by a named financier. 3) The client is not directly or indirectly connected to any promoter, director, or key managerial employee of the company mentioned, nor does the client have any business or professional relationship with the company. 4) The client assures the broker that any trading did not amount to unfair trading practices and was not circular trading or trading to create a false market.
