This book outlines the basic understanding of various chromatographic

techniques like paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography and
column chromatography. Also the flash chromatographic technique is
extensively discussed under this book. The modern analytical
techniques with high accuracy like High Performance Liquid
Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography is extensively
discussed in the book to get the understanding of principle,
instrumentation, process of separation, factors affecting the separation
and the detection techniques. Some of the commercially available
models are also discussed here. The recent advancement of rapid and
high throughput Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography is also

Layer Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography- Mass
