I. INTRODUCTION
MAPEH, which stands for music, arts, physical education, and health, has great
importance in everyday life. At the very least, music and arts provide an outlet for relaxation. ...
The Music and Arts Program seeks to expose students to and develop appreciation for
Philippine, Asian, and Western music.
Prepare the students learn whole personality and skills and talents in different fields of arts,
Music, Dance, Theater, Media, Creative Writing, Visual, Physical Education and Health and
apply the specific movements in daily task effectively
Physical Education is an integral part of education of the youth, be it formally and
normally taught. It is taught from the early age to Elementary Level to the College Level. It aims
to develop the physical, social, mental and emotional aspects of an individual to a group of selected
activities.
These activities should be within the level of the children and should meet their
needs, abilities and interests.
Children should be given enough physical fitness exercise to make them strong and
healthy. Through these exercises they will develop muscular strength, ability, flexibility, and
endurance.
Sports activities stunts and game bring a lot of enjoyment to the children. They will
also develop teamwork, sportsmanship as well as flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination.
II. OBJECTIVES:
1. To gain knowledge on the basic information as the skills, that may be developed through
the activities and experiences in a well-rounded program of Music, Arts, P.E. and Health.
2. To provide pupils’ opportunities to participate in activities that will enable them to
develop their skills, talents and potentials in various fields of specialization.
3. To engage pupils in a healthy way of living by participating activities and practices
such as exercise, caring for environment and maintaining proper hygiene.
III. PUPILS’ ACCOMPLISHMENT ACTIVITIES
These are some of the culminating activities made by the pupils in the Second Quarter of
MAPEH in Balanoy Elementary School:
1. Participated in weekly school activities (Singing Lupang Hinirang, DEPED Region III,
Awit ng Tarlac, Awit ng La Paz, and Exercise)
2. Made and submitted projects/outputs in MAPEH on time.
3. Participated in Physical Fitness Activities and Larong Lahi.
IV. TEACHER’S ACTIVITY
1. Conducted Physical Fitness Activities
2. Production of additional instructional materials such as Video lessons in MAPEH to
facilitate learning.
3. Used of zumba dance to energize their children before the lesson proper.
