Internship
1. Technical Internship: Java

The intern will be expected to work on (any of the following):

1. J2SE/J2EE
2. Html5.0 & CSS3.0
3. Spring MVC/Spring Boot
4. Hibernate/JPA
5. JQuery/JSON
6. NodeJS/ ReactJS
7. Apache Tomcat
8. Postgres/MySQL

2. Technical Internship: PHP

The intern will be expected to work on (any of the following):

1. Core PHP/any PHP framework eg- CodeIgniter


2. Html5.0 & CSS3.0
3. JQuery/JSON
4. NodeJS/ ReactJS
5. Apache Tomcat
6. Postgres/MySQL

Benefits:
 Those who will complete the internship successfully will have 100% job assurance at STL.
 Completion certificate will be provided from STL upon successful completion of Internship.

Terms and Conditions & Compensation during Internship:

1. Based on your performance & output, you will be eligible for upto a consolidated stipend amount of
Rs.15,000 (Fifteen thousand Only).

2. Interns will be required to enter into a Service Agreement (24months) to be executed between them and
the Company on the day of joining as Intern.

Selection Process:
1. 1st Round: Online Examination - Computer Fundamentals (Database, OOPS concept, Web Technologies &
Networking), Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Quantitative Aptitude.
2. 2nd Round : Programming test
3. 3rd Round: Technical round
4. Finally HR Round
5. Each of these is a rejection round

Eligibility:
1. B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, EEE & ETC disciplines only) and MCA students who have internship program in
their final semester of academic calendar
2. Good understanding of Mathematics/Analytics
3. Having some prior knowledge/project experience as a ‘Full stack Java developer’ or ‘Full stack PHP developer’
4. Good communication & career 70% throughout are added advantages

Terms and Conditions of Employment (after successful completion of Internship)

1. Confirmation of employment with Silicon Techlab Pvt. Ltd is subjected to the students’ joining &
submission of all mandatory documents and thereafter performance during the probation period.
2. The detailed Employee Offer Letter will be handed over to the students on the joining date after
internship.
3. Gross Annual Salary will be in a range of INR1.8lakh to INR 3lakh per annum depending on
performance during Internship period.
