PRE-TRIAL ORDER

At today’s schedule, Atty. Che Ann Martir, Atty. Eliza Joy Jimena,
Atty. Ronniel Montano, Atty. Giovanne Juzon Sarno, and Atty. Kristianly
Esclares-Prado appeared for the accused. After the Information was read to
the accused and explained to him, he pleaded “NOT GUILTY” to the charge
of Homicide. Let the negative plea entered into the records.

Pros. Kristel Ann Develos and Atty. Che Ann Martir, lead cousel of the
accused, manifested their readiness for Pre-Trial Conference. Both parties
stipulated and admitted the following facts to wit:

1. Jurisdiction of the Court;


2. Identity of the accused.

The Prosecution proceeded to mark the following documentary


evidence to wit:

The Defense proceeded to mark the following documentary evidence


to wit:

Annex “1” – Affidavit of Witness, Jose Marty Stop


Annex “2” – Affidavit of Witness, Donita Stop
Annex “3” – Police Blotter issued by Police Senior
Inspector Giov Sar
Annex “4”- Medical Certificate issued by Dr.
Christian Gray Bago City Hospital
Annex “5”- Prescription issued by Dr. Christian
Gray of Bago City Hospital
Annex “6”- Permit to Carry Firearms Outside of
Residence issued to Rodi Duts
Annex “7”- License to Own and Possess Firearms
issued to Rodi Duts
Both parties reserved its right to mark additional documents during the
course of the proceedings.

There being no other matter the parties could agree on, the Pre-Trial
Conference is deemed TERMINATED.

As the Prosecution would be presenting at least two (2) witnesses, let


this case be set for the presentation of prosecution evidence on January 8 and
January 15, all at 5:30pm in the afternoon within which the Court expect the
prosecution to terminate the presentation of evidence.

As the defense would likewise be presenting at least two (2) witnesses,


let this case be set for presentation of defense evidence on January 8 and
January 15, all at 5:30pm in the afternoon within which the Court expect the
accused to terminate the presentation of his evidence.

Prosecutor Kristel Ann Develos, Atty. Che Ann Martir and the accused
are notified of this Order in open Court.

SO ORDERED.
