Sub: Engagement as Tax Consultant/Senior Accountant of TKKS & Co.

This letter is with reference to your appointment. The engagement is currently for a
period of a one month on trial basis subjected to suitability in our office. If found
appropriate, the period will be extended.
Your roles and responsibilities will be communicated on time to time basis, based
on requirements.

The remuneration will be Rs 20000/month for the month of July, Apart from basic
remuneration, no other perks like paid leaves, etc will be considered.

And you will have to complete minimum working of 8 Hours and in case of work
overload/ due dates pressure, you will be required to stay till work completion.

Kindly consider this as an appointment letter and if the above mentioned conditions
are acceptable, kindly sign and submit the letter.
