Student Portal:
A. The URL is as mentioned below:

User Id:- Unique ID(PRN) of Student

Password:- 1234 (default)

Once the student logins to the system below are the modules he/she will be able to access:-

1. My Profile:
 The student information will be displayed over here. The students may edit/modify their
personal details from “Edit Profile”.
 They may upload & view the documents from My Profile-> View/Upload Documents.

2. College Info:
 The student will be able to see the below mentioned sub modules under this module:-
a. Profile:-
 The college information will be displayed in this sub module.

b. Rooms:
 The rooms sub module will show the rooms designated for their institute.

c. Departments:
 This sub module will show the departments of the institute.

d. Programme:
 The Student will be able to see the programmes running in his/her Institute.

e. Registration:
 The students may register for the courses from here by applying for those courses. Once
those courses are approved by HOD/Director/Deputy Director then finally the courses
will be registered.

f. Calendar
 The calendar will show the events and the holidays proposed for that academic
session.

3. Courses:
 From here the students may view the courses, the faculty assigned to those courses, and
the session plan uploaded by that Faculty.
 The Faculty may upload the content (study material) for that specific course. The
student may access it from Courses-> “View Content”.

4. Attendance:
a. Attendance:
 The student can view the attendance of that specific month.
 “P” indicates present, “A” indicates absent, “E” indicates event attended and “-
“indicates no lecture was conducted.

5. Feedback:
 The Student gives Course Faculty Feedback from this Module. They have to select the
academic year and the class and fill in the feedback for the faculties with respective to
the course they teach.

6. Assignment:
 The Student can view as well as submit the Assignment uploaded by the faculty
members.

 The students can upload their completed assignment by browsing the file and
submitting it.

7. Performances
 Student can view his/her Examinations marks (Internal/External) from this Module. The
student has to select the academic year, class, batch and the exam name and click on
“Submit”.

8. Circular:
 Whatever circular the college authorities want to circulate will be displayed in this
module.

9. Timetable:
 The timetable can be viewed from timetable module.

STUDENT MOBILE APPLICATION:

1. Login:
 Once the application is installed, student will get his/her login page.
 Initially for logging for the first time, a token ID has to be entered along with the user ID
and password.
 The user ID would be the unique ID of student.
 The default password for the students is “ 1234 “
 The Token ID for first time login is – U0lV. (U-capital, zero, Small ‘l’, V- Capital)

2. Dashboard:
 The Dashboard will display all the modules present in the application.

3. Courses:
 The courses for which the student has registered for the current semester will be
displayed in this module.

4. Timetable:
 The timetable for the whole week can be viewed from timetable module.

5. Attendance:
 The student can view the overall attendance of the courses for which they are
registered.

6. Profile:
 A student can view his/her personal information from the profile module.

 The Student can view the teaching plan of the registered courses.
