TWENTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (Php 523,200), Philippine Currency, to
me in hand paid by ROWENA A. PLANDO, also legal age, Filipino, married to IRENEO L.
PLANDO, and resident also in Espina Ext., Taft Surigao City,do hereby SELL, TRANSFER
AND ABSOLUTE FOREVER unto the said vendee her heirs and assigns, that the entire parcel
of residential land together with all the improvements found thereon and more particularly
described and bounded as follows;

area of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (318) square meters, more or less.

DEED OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE

That I, NEOROWEN ANDRE A. PLANDO, of legal age, married and
resident of Espina Ext., Taft Surigao City, for and in consideration of the loan
of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00), granted to me
by MARK ZUCKER, also of legal age, married and resident of Espina Ext.,
Taft Surigao City, to be paid one (1) year from date hereof, have transferred
and conveyed by way of chattel mortgage unto said MARK ZUCKER, his
heirs, successors and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances that
certain car vehicle, presently in my possession, more particularly described

and faithful payment of my obligation to MARK ZUCKER in accordance with
the terms and conditions of this instrument. Upon payment, this contract
shall become null and void; otherwise, it shall continue in full force and
effect and may be foreclosed in accordance with law.
