b. MAKE SURE that the A/C registration in the cover of the spare MLB / FLB and the MLB / FLB in use matches with
airplane registration. (FLB: Flight Log Book).
2. CHECK OF THE DEFERRED MAINTENANCE REPORT (MR2)
a. CHECK FOR Notes / Reporting Maintenance issues and TAKE corrective actions if required.

3. CHECK OF THE ENGINE OIL LEVEL. SELECT ONE OPTION : Accomplished by
REVIEW in the Technical Log Book if Engine OIL Service was performed in both engines. If service was performed after the
last flight, No further action is required.
If Engine OIL Service was NOT performed. Perform a visual check for oil within acceptable level (See Table below). SELECT

Visual Inspection of the Tires (SEE Table 5 - TIRE WEAR LIMITS) (NOTE: INSPECTION/CHECK OF THE WEEHLS AND
TIRES AMM 324100-210-002 )
a. MAKE SURE that the aircraft tires are in the correct condition to continue to operate on the aircraft. MAKE SURE that
the tires:
- Have no air leaks.
- Have no friction damage.
- Are worn equally.
- Have no cuts and flat spots.
CHECK OF THE PRESURE OF NLG TYRES (MPD 324100-01-1) (REF AMM 324100-210-003 ) (SELECT ONE OPTION)
NOTE : DO THE PRESSURE CHECK OF THE TIRES WHEN THEY ARE COLD.
USE the Tire Pressure Indicating System (TPIS), if installed
a. On the ECAM control panel, PUSH the WHEEL key.
b. On the lower ECAM DU, the WHEEL page comes into view and shows the tire pressures.
c. REFER TO the pressure Table 2 , Table 3 or Table 4 ( NOTE : DEVIATIONS MORE THAN 5% OF NOMINAL
PRESSURE REFER TO AMM TASK 324100-210-003 FOR CORECTIVE ACTIONS.) in APPENDIX, and COMPARE the
tire pressures values.
USE a Gage Pressure
a. CHECK the pressure of all the tires of the NLG.
b. REFER TO the pressure Table 2 , Table 3 or Table 4 ( NOTE : DEVIATIONS MORE THAN 5% OF NOMINAL

FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF BRAKE HEAT PACK FOR WEAR BY USE OF THE WEAR INDICATOR (MPD 324227- 01-1) (REF
AMM 324227-210-003 )
NOTE : MEASURE THE WEAR PIN WHEN THE BRAKE IS COLD (BRAKE TEMPERATURE LESS THAN 60°C)
a. On the parking brake panel 110VU, PUT the parking brake control switch 73GG in the ON position.
b. With the parking brake on, MAKE SURE that the wear indicators are in the limits. SEE Table 6 – Brake Tolerance.
(REF: BRAKE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION AMM 324227-000-001 / 324227-400-001 .)
c. For a new brake MAKE SURE the distance tolerance between the end of the wear pin and the machined surface of
the piston housing is in according to the limits in the AMM 324227-210- 003. If the distance is out of the limits replace
the brake. (Ref: Brake Removal / Installation AMM 324227-000-001 / 324227-400-001 ).
d. MAKE SURE that there are no leaks on:
- The piston housing.
- The pistons.
- The hydraulic lines.
- Quick disconnect.
