Greetings!
San Carlos City will be celebrating its 26th Pinta Flores Festival on November
2-5, 2018 a 2 weeklong series of sports and cultural activities. Several Sports
activities were lined up and one of them is an Invitational Volleyball Tournament
to be hosted by San Carlos City United Vollyball Players Association, Inc. (SCUPVA)
and the City Government through the City Sports Office on November 10-11, 2018
at the City Auditorium, San Carlos City.
In this connection, we are inviting your High School Vollyball Team to
participate in the said tournament, for more information please contact Mr.

San Carlos City will be celebrating its 26th Pinta Flores Festival on November

and the City Government through the City Sports Office on November 10-11, 2018
at the City Auditorium, San Carlos City.
Participants to the volleyball tournament includes players from outside San
Carlos City. In this connection, we would like to request your approval for the use
of at least 10 classrooms at the 2nd floor of Cong. V. Gustilo Memorial School to
be used as sleeping quarters for these teams on July 6-8, 2018.

Response Team to provide first aide and assist us in case accidents happen during
the tournament.
