To Whom It May Concern:

I am providing this letter as a notice that I will be moving out of my rental unit, Room 217, with
The V Dormitories Laurel – 1 on February 29, 2020. This letter shall serve as my written notice
of intent to vacate the premises.

I am doing so because my family has incurred business losses and we have to make some
compromise in order to continue my education in Baguio City. I have been staying with the V
Dormitories for two years and six months already and it has been a very convenient place for
me. It is very unfortunate that I have to leave your good place and I am compelled to look for a
cheaper accommodation.

Please recall that I made a security deposit of Seven Thousand Five Hundred pesos (P7,500)
upon moving last August 2017. I would very much appreciate if I could receive that deposit
refunded in full since the apartment is in good condition. I am available for room inspection
anytime at your convenience upon prior notice.
