Greetings!
On 23 July 2018, Congress of the Philippines passed Republic Act No. 11292
entitled “An Act Establishing and Institutionalizing the Seal of Good Local
Governance for Local Government Units, and Allocating for this Purpose the Seal
of Good Local Governance Fund”.
The Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) is an award, incentive, honor and
recognition-based program for all LGUs and is a continuing commitment for
LGUs to continually progress and improve their performance in areas identified
by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). One of the said
areas pertains to some concerns of our public schools in the municipality.
DILG will be conducting an SGLG Orientation meeting on February 6, 2020
at the Mayor’s Conference Room, Municipal Hall, Maramag, Bukidnon to
discuss this matter. In view thereof, the undersigned humbly request your
personal presence during the said meeting. The meeting will start at exactly
9:00 in the morning.
