Compromise Agreement

COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

THE PARTIES, with their counsels, most respectfully execute


the foregoing Compromise Agreement to settle the civil aspect of this
case, stating the following:

1. The Accused _________________ shall pay the amount of one


hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) as stated in the
Promissory Note that she executed on July 30, 2018;

2. The amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00)


shall be paid immediately after the court approval of this
Agreement and the accused shall facilitate such payment
through the release of the cash bond she deposited after the
court will issue an order for the provisional dismissal of the
case;

3. The remaining balance of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS


(P70,000.00) shall be paid by the accused for a period of Ten
(10) months starting _______ and to end on
________________;

4. During the said Ten (10) Month Period, the accused shall pay
an amount on a monthly basis of not less than FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) provided that she shall see to
it that the whole obligation is paid on or before the end of
_____________;

5. The place of payment shall be mutually agreed by the parties;

6. The approval of this Compromise Agreement shall mean the


settlement of the civil aspect of the case which could lead to the
provisional dismissal of the criminal case but failure of the part
of the accused to comply her obligation under this agreement
may constrain the private complainant to request the Public
Prosecutor to move for the revival of the criminal case.
