This daily repair log provides instructions for documenting repairs made to address deficiencies noted during inspections. For each defect, the date of defect, description of defect, date and time of repair, and description of repair or remedy should be recorded. Maintain copies of receipts, or other documentation, for parts and/or equipment used in the repair. If applicable, work
