DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Absolute Sale made and entered into by and between:
HEIRS OF SPOUSES EUFROCINO N. CAHILSOT, SR. AND MATILDE D.
CAHILSOT: Represented herein by their Attorney-in-fact, EUFROCINO D. CAHILSOT,
JR., of legal age, Filipino and resident of Cahilsot Village, Calumpang, General Santos
City, by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney executed on July 31, 2012 before Notary
Public Eden Rachel M. Gencianos and entered as Doc. No. 368; Page No. 74; Book
No. 06; Series of 2012, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR; and,
CITY GOVERNMENT OF GENERAL SANTOS, represented herein by Mayor
DARLENE MAGNOLIA ANTONINO-CUSTODIO, of legal age, Filipino and resident of
General Santos City, pursuant to Resolution No. 360, Series of 2012 of Sangguniang
Panlungsod, City of General Santos, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Vendor is the registered owner of a parcel of land situated in
Brgy. Fatima, General Santos City, which is more particularly described as follows, to
wit:
“A 13,554-SQUARE-METER-PORTION of Lot No. 2, F-116303-000192-D,
with a total area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND FIFTY FOUR (14,054) square
meters, more or less and covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg.
P-7840 issued by the Registry of Deeds of the City of General Santos.”
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is willing to sell the above-described parcel of land
and the VENDEE is likewise willing to buy the same;
WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FOUR MILLION SEVEN
HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED (P4,743,900.00) Philippine
Currency, receipt in full of which is hereby acknowledged by the Vendor from the
VENDEE to her full and complete satisfaction, the VENDOR hereby SELLS,
CEDES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS in a manner absolute and irrevocable, unto the
VENDEE, the above-described parcel of land including all improvements found and
existing thereon, her heirs, successors and assigns, all her rights, claims and
interests over the aforesaid land, free from any liens and encumbrances.

PINEDA, likewise of legal age, Filipino and resident of No. 25 Berlin St., South Susana
Homes, Molino II, Bacoor Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR; and,
NORMA G. FAJARDO, of legal age, married to Willie E. Dobbins a resident of
064 Lilac St., Block 7, Dadiangas Heights, General Santos City, represented herein by
AURITA G. FAJARDO, also of legal age, Filipino and resident of 064 Lilac St., Block
7, Dadiangas Heights, General Santos City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Vendor is the registered owner of a parcel of land situated in
General Santos City, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
“Lot 32, Block 9, (LRC) Pcs-7304, containing an area of THREE
HUNDRED
NINETY SEVEN (397) square meters, more or less, and covered by
Transfer Certificate
of Title No. T-47005 issued by the Registry of Deeds for the City of
General Santos.”
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is willing to sell the above-described parcel of land
and the VENDEE is likewise willing to buy the same;
WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS
(P1,000,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt in full of which is hereby acknowledged
by the Vendor from the VENDEE to her full and complete satisfaction, the VENDOR
hereby SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS in a manner absolute and
irrevocable, unto the VENDEE, the above-described parcel of land including all
improvements found and existing thereon, her heirs, successors and assigns, all her
rights, claims and interests over the aforesaid land, free from any liens and
encumbrances.
