Hon. Gemma B. Lubigan

CITY MAYOR
City Mayor’s Office
Trece Martires City, Cavite

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings!

Notre Dame of Trece Martirez share a common vision with the Department of Education to ‘Keep Our Students
in School’, pursue their education and graduate in Senior High School amid this global health crisis due to
Covid-19. We hope that the liberty we give to our students to choose, empower them to hold on to their
studies and complete their secondary education, will still continue.

Notre Dame will adapt DISTANCE LEARNING this school year 2020-2021. We will provide lessons to a place near
them or to the place where there is an assigned teacher near their location. Our school bus will also go around
regularly to gather school works. We will also visit different Junior High Public Schools to coordinate with their
registrar or guidance office to help the students who enrolled in our school secure their credentials.

In line with this, may we ask permission from your good office to grant us permission to visit Public Schools in
nearby towns to coordinate and collaborate with different school heads regarding the welfare of our dear
students this coming school year. We will follow the minimum health standards set by the Department of
Health as well as the safety and health guidelines of our Local Government.

We are hoping for your kind assistance and approval on this matter.

May our God continue to bless us as we continue to work together for the safety and future of our dear
students.

Very truly yours,

IRENE M. DULAY
Principal
