About Us
Company History:
Youth development Inch NPC Was established by the 19 November 2019. The Company was established for
the purpose of community development, education, fight against crime, drugs, and woman abuse.

We want to help the needy people where they could not help. To provide academic support by means of Student
Counselling and career guidance to rural schools. To provide health awareness as we all know we are faced with
Corona virus and other health related issues.

We want to close the gap where people still do the following things: We see young people dying and we see
people abusing drugs and woman being killed every day. We want to develop sport for young people more
especial young girls.

Business Goals and Objectives:


Goals: To ensure Community Development and reach our targets. To be part of conflict resolution and problem
solving. To ensure Non- Profit Reputation Management always.
Promote Government Relations and Legislation.
Objectives: confer with the Government, Provincial Administration or local authorities and their departments and
all other interested bodies of concern to, or likely to be of concern to the Company or its Members.
 Be affiliated to any association or organisation as may be decided upon by the Company from time to
time.
 promote a high standard of quality, maintenance, and workmanship in the Youth Development Inch
organisation.
 Elevate the status of Youth Development Inch organisation in the eyes of the public at large
 To eradicate unlawful practice from the industry and to fully uphold the legal rules that apply to and affect
the Youth Development Inch
 Promote the principles and spirit of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa of 1996

To make our mission as big as it can be. Ensure Transparency and builds trust. Appoint leaders who inspire.
Invest in the best staff. Getting the website up to standard Ensure we are actively involved in Social Media. Mix,
mingle and make donors part of an active community. Celebrate every success and involving every donor that
has been part of the project.

Services
The nature of the company is Non-Profit and to serve the public for a defined purpose without being profit
orientated. The establishment of this organisation is not for business or for individual to shield their assets or to
avoid paying taxes. To work towards the uplift of humanity and to serve the public so that this world will be a
better place for all mankind.

This organisation offers the following services:


 Awareness Programs for HIV/AIDS, Corona virus and other health related issues
 Student Counselling and career guidance programs in rural schools and Motivational events
 Programs to fight Gender Based Violence and crimes and drugs
 Hosts sport Tournaments in rural areas, sports conferences engagement, open academy for football and
refereeing for young girls and boys and youth at large.

 To keep the organisation accountable by ensuring public commitment and a strong campaign as to why
their cause is worthwhile and important.
 We want the company to be involved in competition because it creates capacity that will be simply by
bringing more people to the table. It will keep the organisation on toes and make funding more
competitive, it will also increase the number of people tuning into our cause – and that leads to greater
impact.
 The organisation is going to work with people who are skilled and expects with every program we do.
 Having unique geographical location where we are situated is going to be assisting and help the
organisation to achieve its goals.

Portfolio of Clients Assisted:


The organisation is intending to help the youth of the Eastern Cape more especially in rural areas whereby
services are hard to be received by people living in those areas. The organisation has already started to do
provide life advises around people living in Chrishani in issues related to Covid-19, education, and sport.
