Resolution authorizing the Parents-Teachers Association President,


________________, to sign for and in behalf of the association, the Deed of
Donation of a parcel of land located at ___________________________ owned
by the association in favor of the Department of Education

WHEREAS, the Parents-teachers Association of ___________________, San Carlos


City Pangasinan, is in unison with the Department’s mission to safeguard the
school properties from being encroached upon by _________________;

WHEREAS, it has been a long time that _______________________ School is using


the said parcel/s of land for education purposes;

WHEREAS, the ____________________ School was granted a budget to finally


resolve the problem of school lot encroachment, and finally transfer the title in
the name of the Department of Education- _____________________ School;

WHEREAS, for the benefit of the pupils and students, as well as the
community, the PTA-_____________________ deemed it proper to support the aim
and mission of the School to provide a safe and secured place for education;

WHEREAS, the Parents-Teachers Association hereby interposes no objection to


the donation of parcel/s of property under its name in favor of the Department
of Education;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and consideration of the above-mentioned, the Parents


–Teachers Association of _________, hereby resolves to adopt and authorize
______________________________to sign for Deed of Donation in favor of the
Department of Education.
