MINUTES OF MEETING

PRESENT : Team Leaders of RBI
AGENDUM: 1. Gather reports and feedback from team leaders on the scouting of members,
on available modules and LAS for script writing, and on the over-all
production of Radio Materials
PROCEEDINGS:
1. The meeting was facilitated by the Division Team Leader on RBI, Mr. Labi
Upam, Jr., who started by checking the attendance. When the participants reached
the quorum, the meeting commenced.
2. The facilitator called Ms. Alma A. Domingo, the team leader of Arts, to share her
report. She mentioned the following:
a. The have four writers in the elementary and no writer in the high school.
b. They don’t have texts for both levels.
c. They have available modules for grades 1 to 6 but no module is available
in the high school.
3. The second to share was Mr. Mark Jensen T. Legaspi, the team member of the
English group. He mentioned the following:
a. There are 31 available modules in the elementary and 5 modules in the
high school.
b. The production hasn’t commenced yet because they are still in the process
of recruiting members.
4. The next to share was Mr. Kevin Monforte, the team leader of the SHS group. He
mentioned the following:
a. The SHS members are divided into three groups.
b. The first group handles Oral Comm and Komunikasyon subjects. They are
composed of three scriptwriters, two voice talents, and two technicians.
c. The second group handles Gen. Math and Emp. Tech. They are composed
of four script writers, one voice talent, three technical specialists, and two
content editors.
d. The third group handles Per. Dev. And Earth Science. They are composed
of five script writers, three voice talents, two content editors, and one
technician.
e. The group has no writer that specializes in P.E. and Komunikasyon.
f. The group needs ABM writers.
g. There are no modules available for the SHS; however, there are LAS for
Komunikasyon and Oral Comm.
h. The group recruited Soc. Sci. members but he will designate four of them
to be part of the Araling Panlipunan group.
5. He was followed by the team leaders of MAPEH—Mr. Dante Capuchino for
Music, Ms. Alma Domingo for Arts, Mr. Philip Legaspi for Physical Education,
and Mr. Mark Estudillo for Health. The team leaders shared the following in
general:
a. The scouting and the finalization of members are still in the process.
b. They are having a problem in completing the team because of the lack of
participants.
c. They are scouting for writers from those who attended the Capability
Building.
d. They need 10 technical specialists in every component who will serve as a
technical specialist from grade 1 to grade 10.
e. They need two content editors in every component, one will edit in the
elementary and the other in the high school.
6. The team leader of Mathematics, Mr. Jeremy T. Gilbaliga, followed. He
mentioned the following:
a. There are four modules from the elementary.
b. There are 30 scriptwriters in the elementary.
c. The other members in the elementary are yet to be finalized.
d. They scouted four writers for the Grade 7, four writers for Grade 8, two for
Grade 9, and four for Grade 10.
e. The group doesn’t have technical specialists and content editors yet.
7. The next who shared was the leader of Kindergarten group, Ms. Katrine Joyce L.
Cristobal. She mentioned the following:
a. The group has four writers only. They need more.
b. They only have one technical specialist.
c. They have no available modules yet.
8. After her was the team leader of science, Ms. Johannah Caro. She mentioned the
following:
a. All grade levels in the elementary, except grade 4, have available modules.
b. They have a lot of attendees during the capability building and they are
now in the process of delegating roles among them.
c. They have initially assigned script writers, voice talents and content
editors.
d. They have grouped the members by each grade level for a more focused
working flow.
e. They will delegate some of their members in the Health group since they
have reached the maximum number of members.
9. The next to share was Mr. Christian Dioquino, the leader of Araling Panlipunan.
He mentioned the following:
a. There are 29 available modules in the elementary: six for grade one, eight
for grade two, none for grade three, seven for grade four, eight for grade
five, and none for grade six.
b. They have 24 writers from the elementary distributed in every grade level.
c. They have two content editors in the elementary—one will handle grades 1
to 3 while the others will handle the remaining grade levels.
d. There are 23 available modules in the high school and 23 writers in the
high school as well. They also have two content editors in the high school.
e. They have 7 technical specialists. They need three more to complete the

10. After him was the leader of ESP group, Mr. Mark Angelo Dela Cruz. He
mentioned the following:
a. They need more members as they only have one scriptwriter for grade 1,
and one scriptwriter for grade 2. The rest of the grade levels don’t have
scriptwriters.
b. Only grade four has an available module.
c. They are yet to scout more members.
11. Before the next sharer started, the facilitator clarified that each grade level in
every subject should have one infomercial only. The infomercial can be based on
the topics shared in the RBI Core team or they can make their own as long as it is
relevant to education in the new normal.
12. Mr. Leonard Gelacio, the leader of TLE group started sharing after that. He
mentioned that the only available material they havenare the LASs for grades 4, 6
and 8 only. They are yet to scout the members of their group since they are having
problems completing the team.
13. The Filipino group shared after through Mr. Bryan Tagaca. What he shared are the
problems their team are encountering. According to him, they are having
problems in establishing the group and in delegating tasks because some are not
coordinating things to their leader. It was noted by the facilitator and yet to be
acted upon.
14. In conclusion, the facilitator sent links to be filled out by the leaders containing
the name of their members which is due on August 6, 2020.
15. The facilitator also sent a link containing available modules and LAS.
16. The facilitator also talked about the schedule of airing. English, Filipino, and
Science will have a weekly airing since they have more available modules. While
the rest will have a different schedule.
17. The facilitator also discussed the airing schedule of the SHS with its leader.
18. The facilitator mentioned that the maximum number of members in every subject
is 80 comprising of all the talents but excluding the members of the Core team.
19. The facilitator mentioned that he will be in-charge in scouting technical
specialists.
20. The facilitator also mentioned that the production of the first four available
modules should be prioritized in the production.
21. For subjects with no available Module or LAS, they can review the MELC
inventory.
22. In recruiting members, we can accept others provided they are capable but should
still be endorsed by the team leader to the EPSs.
23. After that, the facilitator ended the meeting.
