SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we,

LIGAYA K. ACACIO, widow;


FRANCES VICTORIA K. ACACIO, single;
CARMELA JAY A. TUDELA, married to Vladimir Tudela;
IŇIGO K. ACACIO, single;
and
LEONILA MAE K. ACACIO, single;

all of legal age and naturalized American citizens, and with Philippine
address at Sta. Rosa De Lima St., Ili Sur, San Juan, La Union, have named,
constituted and appointed, and by these presents, do hereby name, constitute
and appoint MA. THERESA T. BAUTISTA, to be our true and lawful
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for us and in our name, place and stead, and for my
own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and
things, namely:

1. To REPRESENT us in all matters in connection with the


settlement of the estate of the following:

a. MODESTA G. ACACIO who died on July 8, 1980;


b. IŇIGO ACACIO who died on May 22, 2000; and
c. EDGAR REMIGIO G. ACACIO who died on April 4, 2018;

2. To transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of


Deeds, Municipal Assessor’s Office of San Juan and San
Gabriel, La Union, Provincial Assessor’s Office, Philippine
Statistics Authority, and all other offices concerned;

3. To PAY the necessary taxes and fees;

4. to SECURE all documents that may be required;

5. To EXECUTE and SIGN all documents as may be necessary in


connection with the powers granted to her.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-In-


Fact, full power and authority to do and perform every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally
present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
