ABOUT US:
Viajemos Travel and Tour was located in D.Suazo St., Davao City. It has been
established since 2014. This company is privately owned by the travel management
company in the Philippines.
This company was planned and built by 4 young dreamers way back in their college
days. They met and found out that they have the same goal, which is to built a Travel
agency in their place, they graduated in college and worked for their dreams together
Viajemos comes from the Spanish word means “Let’s Travel” Viaje- is all about travelling,
Mos- is somehow a greetings so it is more likely to ask the travelers to come or go with us.
This Travel Agency is an accredited agent of the International Transportation Association
(IATA) and is recognized by the Department of Tourism (DOT)
In year 2018, Viajemos Travel and Tour has been awarded as one of the “Most Trusted
Travel Agency” across the world and it was been recognized as top selling tour package in
the Philippines.

missed their transport, and this may disrupt and delay the transfer schedule that may

 Passengers must be in the lobby at least 30 minutes before scheduled pick up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Passenger name entered must be same as per passenger’s passport (for
international) or other valid ID (for domestic). Incorrect names may cause penalties
or invalidation of travel vouchers.
 Within 24 hours after receiving you vouchers/e-ticket, you can notify our agency
regarding the accuracy of information including names, birthdates, flights details,
travel dates, hotels, tours and others or else any claim of inaccuracy or modifications
will not be honored.
 Issuing office will not be liable for any problem caused by tour operator
outside/inside the Philippines.
  In the event that the problem arises, please coordinate with your travel agent or the
person whose name and contact no. listed below on this service voucher.
 New Horizon tour and travel agency is not responsible if an airline cancels,
reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason, and therefore, you are releasing the
company, employees, sub-agents from liability for the Airline flight changes and
cancellations. However, our friendly staff will assist you to rearrange your package
for the restrictions given by the airline and hotel.
 NOTE: Once transaction/s is finalized, booking confirmation with reference no. will
be release within 24 hours or less/ booking officer will contact you for the final
confirmation. Please note that it is required to have the confirmation/ reference no. to
complete your bookings or else the airlines/hotel/ tour operator will not honor the
given voucher.
 Any alteration made without approvable from issuing office will be deemed null/void.
