DEED OF ADOPTION IN DETAILED FORM WITH RECITALS

This Deed of Adoption is made on this…………day of……..19…………..between:

1. Mr. A aged about 35 years s/o Mr. B r/o………..here-in-after called the 1 st

party.

2. Mr. C aged about  30 year’s s/o Mr. D r/o………here-in-after called the 2 nd

party.

3. WHEREAS 1st party is a man with no issue male or female and has no hope for

any issue in near future because of his old age.

AND WHEREAS first party has approached the second party to give his

youngest Master G aged 8 years in adoption to him.

AND WHEREAS wife of the 1st party has consented to take in adoption the

youngest son of second party;

AND WHEREAS the wife of the second party has consented to give in adoption

her youngest son Master G to the first party.

AND WHEREAS on the…………….day of……….the physical handing over the

taking over of Master G in adoption has taken place in the presence of

witnesses and friends and relatives of the both the parties.

AND WHEREAS both the parties have thought it proper and expedient to

record such adoption by a deed of adoption.

NOW THIS DEED OF ADOPTION WITNESSES AS UNDER:


1. That the second party hereby declares that he has given his

youngest son Master G to the 1st party in adoption.

2. That the 1st party hereby declares that he has taken the son of

second party Master G in adoption as his adopted son.

3. That from the date of adoption Master G has and shall have all

the rights of a adopted son of A.

4. That it shall be the duty of the 1 st party to bring up master G and

give him proper education according to his status.

5. That the second party hence from shall have no claim on master

G.

6. That now onward Master G shall live with the first party as his

adopted son.

We the above noted parties have signed this deed of adoption on our

own free will after fully understanding the contents of his deed

without any threat or coercion on this………day of……………
