Know all men by these presents:

WE, LIBERATO L. GUINA and ROSALINA LACANILAO GUINA Filipino


citizens, of legal age, married to each other, and with residence at No. 40
Sta. Lucia Sta. Ana, Pampanga, by virtue of this instrument, do hereby
CONSTITUTE, APPOINT, AND DESIGNATE:

JESUS L. GUINA and/or ROSALIE G.


HIZON, of legal age, Filipinos, married and with
postal address at No. 40 Sta. Lucia Sta. Ana,
Pampanga .

To be our true and lawful Attorneys-In-Fact with full power and authority to
perform the following acts:

1. To administer our lot located in Sta. Lucia Sta. Ana, Pampanga


measuring Two Hundred Ninety Four (294) Square meters and
covered by TCT No. 522362-R and its improvements;
2. To lease out to third persons the said property including the stalls or
any improvement found therein.
3. To enter into lease contracts with third persons and to receive the
rental payments for the said property and its improvements.
4. To sign, execute, deliver and receive all documents or instrument
necessary and required in relation to the performance of ;
5. To do such acts as may be necessary and required in relation to the
performance of the aforesaid powers and duties.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorneys-in-fact full


power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the above authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that our said representatives shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
