Music Assessment Rubric High School - Myp Solo Performing and Group Performing - Technical Proficiency

This music assessment rubric evaluates student solo and group musical performances on two criteria: technical proficiency and musical communication. Technical proficiency concerns the student's control of musical elements like duration, pitch, and dynamics. Musical communication evaluates how well the student conveys the music to an audience. The rubric has seven achievement levels, with level 1 being the lowest and level 7 the highest. Higher levels require more advanced skills, techniques, knowledge of instruments, and ability to communicate music.
