THE AIRPORT

PEDRO: good morning, ladies and gentlemen . My name is Pedro, I am your pilot
on this flight, the approximate duration is 6 hours to the city of Bogota.

MENDEZ: Hello my name is Uberney Mendez, employee of the VIP lounge. It is a


pleasure to serve you and I have to offer you the following.

ORTIZ: My name is Jose and I am the flight dispatcher at the airport. My function is
to make sure that all flights are ready for takeoff quickly and safely.

FERNANDO: Good morning, my name is Fernando and I am the administrative


technician.

TAPIERO: My name is reinaldo Tapiero and I am your flight attendant. My function


is to attend to passengers and answer their questions.

PEDRO: We will go 10,000 feet high at a speed of 300 miles per hour.

MENDEZ: I offer hot and cold drinks.

ORTIZ: And I also have to be aware of the weather conditions.

FERNANDO: I offer direct customer service.

TAPIERO: I offer drinks and food.


PEDRO: The plane is from the company of AVIANCA with a capacity for 100
passengers.

MENDEZ: I offer you the press and magazines for your entertainment.

ORTIZ: I must also be aware of the fuel load for the aircraft.

FERNANDO: I manage the process of operations at the airport.

TAPIERO: I help them with hand luggage.

PEDRO: They call me the terror of flight attendants.

MENDEZ: We also have dietary foods and drinks.
