ASHRAE: American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.

SMACNA: Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association.

Note:

 All Drawings and required documents in PDF format should be provided within title block and to be stamped and
signed by the main consultant.

 ( * ) Business license of the Main Consultant sufficient if it has MEP staff, otherwise MEP trade license is mandatory
required.

Declaration

 We hereby confirm that all above technical aspects have been properly checked in compliance with Trakhees
Regulations & Design Guidelines-MEP as well as all related local & International standards. Complete
coordination has been insured between all submitted displays and we are fully responsible for incompliance.

 If any delay occurs due to incorrect information provided by us in the submitted checklist we hold ourselves
solely responsible for the delay.

 We are liable for any legal obligations which may occur due to invalid / tampered documents being submitted
along with this application.

 We the (consultant) office/firm responsible for the design and supervision of the project specified above,
undertake to follow and comply with International Standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA) and Local Regulations.

 We the (consultant) office/firm hereby commit to meeting the full requirements of the TRAKHEES regulations
for insulation, glazing and thermal components and all insulation used in the wall sections should be certified
by DCL (Dubai Central Lab) and full compliance with the latest relevant circular by DM. And we accept that a
Building Completion will not be issued until full evidence of compliance is demonstrated to TRAKHEES.
