3) The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970
4) The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act), 2013
5) The Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service)
Act, 2017
6) The Transgender Persons Act, 2019
7) Principles of Statutory Interpretation
