Shipments via TNT
Thank you for booking your TNT parcel with us. To ensure your parcel travels as smoothly as
possible, please follow the instructions below:-
1. This is all the paperwork you need:
You should have:
• 4 Commercial Invoices
• 1 Address Label per parcel
• 2 copies of the Consignment Note (the
driver will take one and leave the other as
proof of collection
2. Apply the Address Label to the parcel.
3. Put all the remaining paperwork into an envelope
marked "Customs Documents" and hand it to
the driver when he collects.
Your Parcel should not contain any food items or dangerous goods i.e. perfumes, aerosols or
liquids so please take care to remove any such items before sealing it up
None of the paperwork needs to go inside the parcel.
