or it can be in you
Mental health is just as important as physical health it affects how we think, feel and how we act in our
daily lives.
people like you nowadays never really talk about it and sometimes you are keeping it a secret and deal
with it on your own, You're scared of what will people think and most of the time you are having trust
issues, and do you know what's the hardest thing having mental illness is, That time that you are losing
faith and trust in Yourself and from that pain you are starting to lose yourself
Sigmund Freud (1856 to 1939) was the founding father of psychoanalysis,
a method for treating mental illness and also a theory which explains human behavior.
Freud believed that events in our childhood have a great influence on our adult lives, shaping our
personality.
As he said Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self esteem, first make sure you are not,
infact surrounded by assholes.
what does it mean?
Stay away from people that make you feel that you are hard to love
that's the first thing to do to look after your mental heath.
after that ask for help, talk to someone
If things are getting too much for you and you feel you can’t cope, ask for help. Your family or friends
may be able to offer practical help or a listening ear or if you don't have anyone to talk to, talk to me I'm
a good listener
Get some sleep, I know people with depression and anxiety disorder find it very hard to sleep because of
overthinking but really if you can't sleep at night atleast sleep in day
Drink plenty of water please
Take a break
give yourself some "me time"
,_
Do something your good at
Enjoying yourself can help beat stress. Doing an activity you enjoy probably means you’re good at it, and
achieving something boosts your self-esteem
and lastly Accept yourself
We’re all different. It’s much healthier to accept that you’re unique than to wish you were more like
someone else. Feeling good about yourself boosts your confidence to learn new skills
Thank you everyone for your attention, thank you for lending me your ear, your mind and for shutting
up your mouth
