Reasons of Acne, Its Causes and Treatment

The document discusses acne, its causes, symptoms, and treatment options. Acne is caused when pores become clogged with oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria. It most commonly appears on the face, back, shoulders and chest as whiteheads or blackheads, and can also present as inflammatory papules, pustules, or nodules. Acne can be treated through home care such as gentle cleansing and avoiding pore-clogging products, or through prescription medications that typically clear acne within 6-8 weeks. Left untreated, acne can cause emotional distress and permanent scarring.

Reasons of acne, its causes and treatment

Your skin has small holes called pores that are sensitive to oil, bacteria, dead cells of the skin,
and dirt. You may grow a pimple or "zit" when this happens. If this disorder frequently affects
your skin, you may have acne.
Acne is the most common disease in U.S. dermatology, according to the American Academy of
Dermatology. Acne can be painful, particularly when it is serious, although it is not a life-
threatening condition. Emotional distress may also be induced. Acne which occurs on your face
can affect your self-esteem and can cause constant physical scaring over time. Many successful
remedies for acne minimize both the number of pimples and the risk of scaring.
You will spot acne on your body virtually everywhere. It grows on your face, back, neck, chest,
and shoulders most commonly.
You'll usually find pimples that are white or black if you have acne. Comedowns are classified
both as blackheads and whiteheads. Blackheads open up on the surface of the skin because of the
oxygen in the air, giving them a black look. Whiteheads are closed, giving them a white look,
just under the surface of your skin. Although the most prevalent lesions seen in acne are
whiteheads and blackheads, other causes may also occur. It is more likely that inflammatory
lesions may cause the skin scarring. They include:
 The smallest Papules, mostly red, and raised bumps are caused by the hair follicles that
are inflamed or infected.
 The pimples that are smallest and have pus at their edges are pustules.
 Strong, sometimes painful lumps under the surface of your skin are nodules.
The major causes of Acne happen when the skin's pores are obstructed with grease, dead skin, or
bacteria. The opening to a follicle of every pore of your skin. The hair and a sebaceous (oil)
gland compose of the follicle. The oil releases sebum (oil) from the oil gland, which passes out
of your hair, pore, and skin. The tin stays lubricated and smooth on your skin.
 Acne can cause one or more problems in the process of lubrication. It can take place
when:
 Your follicles contain too much oil.
 In your pores, dead skin cells collect in Bacteria accumulate in your pores
 Such conditions lead to the growth of pimples. When bacteria grow in a clogged pore, a
pimple develops and the oil does not escape.
The acne can be treated in two ways
By home care: You should do some workouts at home to avoid serious acne and pimples as well
as clear your acne. Acne remedies at home, include:
 Clean the surplus oil and dirt with a gentle soap every day.
 Regularly wash and keep your hair from your face
 Use make-up which is "non-comedogenic" (not pore-clog) water-based or labeled
 Do not pick or squeeze pimples that disperse excess oil and bacteria
 Wearing no hats or narrow headbands.
 Failure to contact your face
By Medication: Some self-healing exercises will help you stop pimples and clear your acne in
your home .. Acne home remedies of acne include:
 Clean the surplus oil and dirt with a gentle soap every day.
 Regularly wash and keep your hair from your face.
 Use make-up which is "non-comedogenic" (not pore-clog) water-based or labeled.

Acne treatment also works. In six to eight weeks, most individuals should expect their acne to
begin to clear up. Flare-ups are normal, however, and may require extra or long-term care. The
therapy most likely to show lasting or long-term positive effects is isotretinoin. Emotional
distress may be caused by acne scarring. Prompt treatment will, however, help stop scarring.
Your dermatologist will also have options for the treatment intended to treat scarring.
