INFORMATION

The undersigned, Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by
Complainant, accuses JOHN DOE of the crime of RAPE, committed as follows:

That on or about May 20, 2020, at about 3:00 P.M., in the City of Manila, National Capital
Region, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named Accused, did
then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, with lewd design, by means of force,
threat and intimidation, armed with a knife, and with carnal knowledge, raped the person of
LITO CRUZ, by inserting a pencil into his anal orifice.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
